HOUSE ETIQUETTE

The Fenway Culture

The Fenway is a shared home-away-from-home. We want it to feel relaxed, social and welcoming – a place where people can connect, while still respecting each other’s space.

Be friendly. Be considerate. Clean up after yourself. Leave shared spaces ready for the next person. Easy.

  • Share the food space. Label your food and be considerate of how much fridge, freezer and pantry space you use.

  • Leave the kitchen ready for the next person. Clean up after yourself when cooking or eating.

  • Shoes off, please. Soiled shoes and work boots stay at the front door – buckets are provided.

  • Keep shared spaces clear. Don’t leave personal belongings in bathrooms or common areas.

  • Eat in The Den where possible. This helps us keep the rest of the house clean and spill-free.

  • Made a mess? Sort it. There’s a cleaning kit in the lounge.

  • Keep your dorm space tidy. Be considerate of your roommates and keep belongings neat and contained.

  • Keep dorm noise down, particularly when others are sleeping.

  • Use alarms thoughtfully. Keep the volume and disruption to a minimum.

  • Planning to stay longer? Submit an extension form or email our team before your scheduled check-out.
