The Fenway is a three-storey, heritage building and, as such, has some physical limitations. We do not have a lift.
If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us before booking so we can provide clear information and help you decide whether The Fenway is the right fit for your stay.
Our Ground Floor rooms and beds are our most accessible.
-
The Fenway is perfectly suited to short-term stays, we do not offer long-term options greater than 1 week at a time.
-
We do not have on-site parking. Free and paid street parking options are available in surrounding streets.
Please be careful to check street signage for any parking restrictions.
-
Our standard rates are fully refundable and transferable up until 24 hours prior to your stay – so if you need to cancel your stay before this 24 hour window then it is 100% refundable and a refund will be provided within 7 business days.
If you need to cancel within the 24 hour non-refundable period – unfortunately we cannot refund, transfer or provide a credit for your stay for any reason. Our cancellation policy applies in all circumstances and we highly recommend taking out travel insurance to ensure you’re covered if you have to cancel within 24 hours.
You will notice that most properties offer a 3-day or 7-day non-refundable window, in response to the uncertainty of the past couple of years we have chosen to be extremely flexible requiring just 24 hours notice for cancellations, so that you can book with confidence.
Please note that our cancellation policies apply for all situations, including COVID related cancellations. The only exception is in the case of a government-mandated lock-down impacting our property directly, in this case we would provide a full refund (although hopefully these are a thing of the past!). -
We love animals but we chose to make this a pet-free place to stay! Therefore we have a strict ‘no pets’ policy and we cannot make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for understanding.
-
Bathrooms at The Fenway are shared and located on every level of the building.
Some levels have separate shower and toilet cubicles, while others have fully enclosed individual bathrooms. All bathrooms are cleaned regularly and designed for comfortable shared use.
